I had a vintage Bradley Disney sentinel from 1971 engraved with my daughters proper name. I sent information technology to another sentry repair co who said they couldn't ready because no parts available. I went online and purchased the exact sentry for parts. I sent the original and additional picket to Times Ticking explaining what I needed. I got an immediate observe of receipt and a call asking for details. They ended up just taking the back with engraved name and putting it on the functioning spotter, cleaned it up and put new band and crystal. It is at present perfect! The lookout man has been retired and there were no manufacturing plant replacement bands available.  I had tried several watch and jewelry repair stores and none were willing to effort and correct the ring.  I finally resorted to searching online and found Times Ticking.  The business mentioned they would do repairs that were not easily made and they also worked with Disney TimeWorks products.  I have never sent items past mail for repair work before.  But due to the lack of businesses in several areas willing to try and repair the lookout man, and the sentimental value of the slice I was willing to give it a try. It was broken and could never be worn and so worth a shot.  I received a telephone call less than a week after mailing my scout from Times Ticking.  They were happy to exercise the repair and likewise do some much needed maintenance on the picket.  I was quoted 3 weeks but received the watch much earlier than that. The wristband was fixed and the timepiece itself received an overhaul that now makes it expect nearly brand new. I am TOTALLY pleased with Times Ticking's work and efficiency and mail-in remote services.  They more than than repaired my watch – they brought new life to a great keepsake from a wonderful time of family unit memories.
